Victor Wong graduated with a Law degree (LLB) from University of London. Following his graduation, he served 3 years with Singapore-based campus organisation working among university students.
In 1992, Victor joined TOUCH Ministries International as trainer-consultant and conference speaker to various organisations in Malaysia and Singapore.
In 2000, he pioneered community services with Agape Touch Community in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur dealing with learning centres, school enrichment programmes and kindergartens.
Between 2004-6, he returned to Singapore to work with TOUCH Community Services as the Children Cluster Head before returning to Malaysia to be a training consultant for churches and organisations.
Together with his wife Kelly, they also served in non-governmental organisation Generasi Gemilang as lifeskill trainers working with parents, teachers and students in the Malaysian schools.
Prior to joining Leaderonomics, he was the Chief Culture Officer at Reapfield Academy. He was responsible for building good culture for performance and also creating platforms for engagement.
Victor also holds his Doctor of Ministry (DMin) at Theological Seminary of Malaysia. His thesis is on corporate practices and leadership development.
