Cheng Yee is part of the Corporate Service team in Leaderonomics, focusing in engaging clients to identify solutions in building leaders and in the development of corporate employees.
She has more than 6 years’ experience in Human Resource with in-depth experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and Competence Development. Started off her career as an intern in the Talent Acquisition at Deloitte Kassim Chan and as a HR International Management Trainee in Jotun, Cheng Yee has developed into an all-rounded HR. She is certified in Cut-e, using psychometric assessment and certified as a HAY Job Evaluator. She has a wide international experience being in the South-East Asia & Pacific Regional HR team, as well as working in Dubai, overlooking a branch office in Qatar.
She has earned her degree in Psychology from University of Kent and her Masters in International Health & Management from University of Aberdeen. Cheng Yee is passionate in working with people and making an impact into people’s lives.
