As a newly formed entity, Leaderonomics Digital is seeking to disrupt traditional L&D with innovative and new tech enabled solutions. We are looking for eager and energetic intra-preneurs to join our small team and be part of this growth journey.
The professionals that play a strategic and pivotal role in the growth of Leaderonomics Digital. Your priority will be to acquire new B2C revenue by working the full sales funnel, from creating the market, filling the pipeline to closure. This role encompasses both sales and marketing functions. This will be our first B2C product, and you will also be required to bring the product to market by working with other teams to:
- Understand market needs
- Develop a market for the product by creating awareness and activation as necessary through marketing activities
- Build a sales pipeline and be responsible for the set revenue target.
- Actively engage potential clients in different events, and through various media channels
- Work with partners and collaborators to make the product appealing to the market
- Diligent in updating internal tracking systems and regularly report progress as well as forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
This role is for you if you have..
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record, with a minimum of 5 years working experience.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and other B2C marketing means.
- Ability to build rapport with people
- Excellent time management, planning and organizing skills
- Comfortable with discussing technology
- Independent, self-starter, with a lot of initiative
