Job Summary 

Leaderonomics produces leadership content on a daily basis as part of our vision to develop leaders from all walks of life. It is our mission to enable this leadership content to be accessible to people of all ages in both local and global communities. 

The Media team manages our digital content platforms (Leaderonomics.com, Spotify, YouTube) where we create and curate quality content in article, podcast, and video formats. As a writer and content curator, your role will be to create and curate content for these platforms as well as our weekly Leader’s Digest newsletter and monthly digital magazine.

Job Responsibilities

Your role involves but is not limited to:

  • Conducting in-depth research on leadership-related topics to produce editorial and multimedia content that is relevant to our audience
  • Conducting interviews with key leaders to obtain leadership insights for your content
  • Managing relationships with partners and guest contributors who contribute to our various platforms
  • Being the first judge of the quality of articles in terms of content, relevance, language, etc
  • Assisting in the monthly publication cycle, which includes liaising with the layout designer and proofreading publication pages

Preferred

A diploma or degree in mass communication would be a bonus
