The Business Development team plays a strategic and pivotal role in the growth of Leaderonomics’. The team’s key priority is to expand Leaderonomics’ list of clienteles diagnosing organizations’ pain points, understanding their needs and to search for solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Build a sales pipeline and be responsible for the set revenue target
  • Explore different methodologies to expand Leaderonomics’ pool of client with the existing products and services by adjusting current systems and marketing approaches
  • Work closely with the various business units to develop and build proposals to meet the expectations of clients including RFPs / RFIs
  • Continuously research and be updated on the needs of the various prospects of different industries
  • Apply Design Thinking to develop new solutions in line with the needs of the industry and of clients’
  • Take ownership to present ideas and solutions to various clients
  • Actively engage clients in different networking events, conferences and programmes
