Course Description

This programme has been designed to equip executives and managers with a solid understanding of how to use project management tools and methodologies to manage small-scale projects in their department or organisation. Participants are taught practical tools and approaches on how to plan, start, implement, control and close projects.
A basic PRINCE 2 process approach and Microsoft Excel will be used in this programme.
