This programme is delivered in an experiential workshop style, focusing on actual skill practice and application. Using a layering approach, skills and application are gradually built up from interviewing and recording data, to analysing and evaluating competencies and finally, to making selection decisions based on evidence gathered. Case studies, role plays and full live interviews are key features of this programme.
